About Tulsa Roof Works
We repair and replace roofs for homeowners and small commercial owners across Tulsa and Green Country. Every job starts with a free inspection and a dated photo report of all four slopes, including the photos that show no damage. You get a written scope before anything is ordered and a magnet sweep before we leave.
How a job runs
Inspection first. We get on the roof, look at all four slopes, check the gutters, downspouts, vents and AC fins for the same impacts, and go into the attic where there is access. Everything is photographed and dated, and the report reaches you the same day. That happens whether you have storm damage, a leak or just a roof that is getting old.
Scope second, in writing. Tear off, decking allowance with a per sheet rate, underlayment, shingle line and color, valley protection, flashing, vents, permit and disposal, listed line by line. It gets emailed to you so you can compare it against any other bid you are holding. Nothing is ordered until you say so.
Install third. Material lands on your driveway the afternoon before. Crews start early in summer because a black roof in an Oklahoma July is brutal by noon. Most houses are stripped, decked and dried in on the same day. We walk the finished roof with you at the end.
What we commit to on every job
Photos of every slope, including the ones showing nothing wrong. We would rather lose a sale than sell a roof somebody does not need, and after a hail event that matters more than usual.
No deposit before materials arrive. You pay nothing until the shingles are on your driveway and the crew is on your calendar.
A written price that holds. If something unexpected turns up under the old roof, like split board decking on a 1960s Midtown ranch, we stop, photograph it, show you the count and apply the per sheet rate already on your scope. No round numbers appearing at the end.
A magnet sweep over the lawn, the flower beds, the driveway and the street before the trailer moves. Nails in a tire are the most common complaint about roofers anywhere, and it comes down to whether anyone bothers.
A workmanship warranty in writing on our labor, with the manufacturer shingle warranty registered in your name.
How we talk about insurance
Plainly. We will tell you what we found and whether we think it is worth filing on. We will write the scope, meet your adjuster on the roof and point at the chalk marks. We will read the carrier scope with you and raise anything missing.
We will not tell you a claim is going to be approved, because nobody honest can. We will not file on your behalf, because it is your policy. We will not pay, waive, discount or absorb your deductible, because Oklahoma law prohibits it and any company offering to is inviting you into fraud.

Common questions
What area do you cover?
Tulsa County and the towns around it: Midtown and South Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Owasso, Jenks, Bixby and Sand Springs. After a large hail event we work through the worst hit zip codes first. If an address sits outside our range we will say so on the phone rather than quote work we cannot service properly.
Is the inspection really free?
Yes, including the photo report, and it is yours to keep whether you hire us or not. That covers inspections where we find nothing wrong. A written record showing your roof is sound is useful the next time somebody knocks on your door after a storm telling you it is not.
Do you ask for a deposit?
No money changes hands before your materials are delivered to the property and the crew is booked. Anyone asking for a large deposit up front after a storm is worth a hard look, because that is the most common way homeowners lose money to crews who move on.
How quickly can you come out?
Active leaks and tarping go to the front of the queue, usually same day or next day. Routine inspections are normally within the week. After a major hail event across the metro, expect a wait, because everyone calls at once. We will give you a real date rather than a hopeful one.
Can you help with an insurance claim?
We document the damage properly, explain the process and meet your adjuster at the house. What we will never do is promise you an approval, because that decision belongs entirely to your carrier. We also do not touch your deductible, which Oklahoma law prohibits contractors from paying or waiving.
