Why Tulsa homeowners pick up the phone
Hail hit your street
Two neighbors already have dumpsters in the drive and you want to know if your slopes took the same beating.
See what to doShingles missing after wind
Straight line gusts peel tabs off ridges and rake edges first. Bare decking soaks up water in the next storm.
See what to doCeiling stain or active leak
A brown ring means water has been sitting for a while. We trace it back to the boot, valley or flashing that let it through.
See what to doRoof near 20 years old
Three tab shingles from the early 2000s are close to done. We will tell you straight whether you have another season in them.

Three steps from first call to finished roof
- 1
Free inspection with a photo report
We get on the roof, chalk a test square on each slope and check the gutters, vents and AC fins for the same strikes. Dated photos land in your inbox the same day, whether the roof needs work or not.
- 2
Written scope and estimate
Tear off, decking, underlayment, shingle, vents and flashing are listed line by line before anything starts. If you are filing a claim, we meet the adjuster at the house and walk the roof alongside them.
- 3
Install, magnet sweep and walkthrough
Most Tulsa houses are stripped, decked and dried in on the same day. We run magnets over the lawn, beds, drive and curb, then walk the finished job with you.
What roof work costs in Tulsa
Installed prices for a standard walkable asphalt roof. Pitch, height, decking condition and the number of penetrations move these figures more than anything else.

We cover Tulsa County and the towns around it. After a big hail core drops we start with the zip codes that took the worst of it.
- Midtown Tulsa 1950s to 1970s ranch homes around Brookside and Cherry Street, plus the steeper older roofs in Maple Ridge
- South Tulsa Two story homes through the Union district with long valleys and plenty of roof penetrations
- Broken Arrow Rose District rentals and 1990s subdivisions that sit under the same spring storm track
- Owasso Newer builds north of 86th Street where wind uplift along the ridge line is the usual call
- Jenks Riverwalk area homes and tight cul de sacs where dumpster placement takes planning
- Bixby Acreage properties with detached shops and metal barns that hail hits just as hard as the house
- Sand Springs Older housing stock on the hills west of town, often with board decking that needs checking
Common questions
How do I know if hail damaged my roof?
From the ground you usually cannot. Start with the soft metals: dented gutters, downspouts, roof vents and the fins on your AC unit. On the shingles, hail shows as dark bruises where granules have been knocked off, and the mat feels soft under a thumb. We chalk a ten by ten foot test square on each slope and count strikes, which is the same method your adjuster will use.
Will my insurance cover it?
That decision belongs to your carrier and we will never promise you an outcome. Most Oklahoma homeowner policies cover sudden hail and wind damage, subject to your deductible and to whether the policy pays replacement cost or actual cash value. Roof age, cosmetic exclusions and past repairs all come into it. What we can do is document the damage properly and hand you a written scope to file with.
How long does a replacement take?
Most Tulsa houses are a one day job. The crew tears off in the morning, swaps any rotten decking, dries the roof in and has shingles down by evening. Steep or cut up roofs, and anything in tile or metal, run two to three days. Material usually drops the afternoon before. Gutters and any detached shop are normally scheduled as a separate visit.
Are impact-resistant shingles worth it in Oklahoma?
In hail alley they often are. Class 4 shingles pass a two inch steel ball drop test and hold their granules far better through a typical March to June storm season. Most Oklahoma insurers apply a premium discount once the roof is on, and that discount repeats every year you own the house. Ask your agent for their exact figure, then weigh it against the upgrade cost above.
Do you handle the adjuster meeting?
Yes, when you want us there. Once you file, your carrier assigns an adjuster and books an inspection. We meet them at the house, go up together and walk each slope with our photos and chalk marks already in place, so anything overlooked gets raised on the spot. You stay the policyholder and every decision stays with your carrier. Our job is getting the damage on record.
How do I avoid storm chasers?
After a hail event, out of state crews show up within days and knock doors hard. A few checks sort them out fast. Ask for the company's Oklahoma Construction Industries Board roofing registration and look it up on the CIB site. Ask for a local address and a number that will still answer next spring. Sign nothing on your doorstep and hand over no money before materials are delivered.
